Just a few miles outside from Kota Kinabalu city is the beautiful Shangri La Rasa Ria Resort. At the 64 acre nature reserve next the resort, you’ll meet Sabah’s icon where an Orang Utan Sanctuary has been set up in a protected area of Rain Forest and a rehabilitation centre for baby Orangutans. Experience and see how the gentle red apes that only founded in Borneo and Sumatra playing around and perhaps touch you in a special ways.

Pick up from the hotel lobby at 0800 hours and proceed to the Five star resort Shangri La Rasa Ria. Upon Arrival,register at the counter  and a short briefing will be given. Then proceed to the rainforest next to the hotel. Enjoy the scenery of the rainforest . Watch how gentle the staff feed the Orang Utan. At 1100 hours, transfer back to your hotel.END OF OUR SERVICE.
